I've had a strong intrest in oldschool tattoos since my first year of high school (U.K. Equivalent Year 9 Secondary). My main inspiration were Sailor Jerry, U.S.N., and other ocean or sea related designs and illistrations of the 50's. Simple colouring and designs with almost no shading or effects made that era of work unique. My drawings tend to have a fusion of 50's sailor tattoos and some of my own modern twist, mixing in some touches of graffiti- style lettering and radical colour schemes.
